Fearlessly Finding Awesome Challenge #1

I love to read and look at the ideas on Vintage Revivals. That Mandi girl has got one awesome personality - tons of style - and great ideas. she has started a new club - Fearlessly Finding Awesome. Just a cool club getting us all into making our homes the places we want them to be - for cheap - and with imagination and creativity.

Today Mandi listed our first challenge - Catch a Dream. She wanted all of the members to write what they want their home to FEEL like. So the first thing I thought of was homey - but that is not really a feeling, it is a bunch of feelings. So here is what I want my home to feel like:

-Relaxing

-Loving

-Comforting

-Reminiscent

-Eclectic

I don't really know if all of those are feelings, but whatever. This is what I want my home to be. I want to have fun with it, and I want it to feel cozy and homey to anyone who visits - and especially to my family. I want my kids to feel safe and loved and secure just by being within the walls of our home. I want their friends to want to come over to our house because it is fun and welcoming.
